Wavier of subrogation, contract issues?

    That's the reason we charge for each A/I & Waiver.....instead of raising prices for those that don't need those policy extensions.

    The part that gets me is there is one of the larger "Transport" companies that post their overflow on CD, and they move some stuff that would work well with our operation, but they do have a waiver of Sub, clause in their contract, which really seems stupid since they are obviously "at risk" for all of their own trucks on their transport side?

    They seem like a good company, and I do know there are at least two drivers on here that work for them, just seems like they are trying to screw the people that they are asking to help them???
