Just noticed your from Ga. Did you try Roehl or Millis in the Atlanta area?

These people are giving you good advice in here and you have the right outlook to get it done. So stay the course and never be afraid to stand up for yourself and what's right.

Because depending who you get paired up with they could be making a higher rate than you so it's just easier to figure out your rate. Either $.25 for half the miles the truck runs or 12.5 for every mile the truck runs.

    Straight from CRST

    12. When driving as a team, who gets paid for which miles?
You and your co-driver are paid based on the “split mile” method. As part of a team, we want
you to work together as a true team. Therefore, you will be paid for half of the total miles the
truck runs each week. We split the miles, not your pay. As an example, if you and your codriver
“run” 6000 miles in a week, you will be paid for 50% of the miles or 3000 miles
We also have a special pay promotion for the Train Your Partner Program. Normal contract
students coming out of school earn $.27 per mile when on the truck.
    With this promotion, the
partner/student comes in as a 6-month level driver and earns $.34 per mile!

.25 cpm split. You make 12.5 cpm
    Modern day slavery.
How is this not a crime.

Not saying it's right at all but they are also getting the schooling costs out as well but could still be a bit more with that.

All the companies that force new drivers to train is ridiculous. Companies are just maximizing there money for the loads.
