Crete thinks 38-41 cpm is industry leading pay ? We get 40 cpm for bobtail and deadhead. Most miles are over 50 cpm. They say home weekly . That isn't necessarily weekends.

No problem pgt is percentage so depending on the load you could make much more than .50 per mile.

my advice is since you have flat and step experiance, and you want to be home weekends, and a O/O some day, stick with open deck, there are a ton of flatbed companies that can get you home most weekends, you'll get your OTR experiance, and you'll be ready to make the big bucks as a O/O pulling some sort of a open deck trailer....just my .02cents.

TMC is a rook company but with your experance you could probably still make $60,000+ a year and be home most weekends...

I drive for a QC affiliate in KY . Most loads are dedicated trailers , most preloaded. Unload by appointment then bring the empty home. Paid pwrcentage . Pay varies per load but guaranteed 40 cpm for every mile driven including bobtail.
    Usually 2500-3000 miles a week .
