Other than Joliette, I haven't ever seen a scalehouse open in ND. It's always been the little pullouts with a mobile unit.

And it's funny, out of the 4 inspections I've received in my 4.5 years, 3 of them were in SD (2x L3 and 1x L2) and one at Joliette (1x L1).
