On 394 north and south in Chicago Heights Illinois has two weigh station electronic signs that say open or closed for the weigh station on rt. 30. The last 4 years both sides have always said closed during the times of 6pm - 10pm. Now both signs are not lit up at all.
Curious what the actual law is regarding this situation. Can't find anything online and tried to call a few weigh stations but nobody answers. Thanks
Weigh station laws regarding open closed signs not working?
