Sometimes it ain't just the electric signs that are confusing. If it were me, and I saw this, I would assume "CLOSED." First, because this shows more letters for closed than open. Second, and more importantly, closed sounds better than open. Lol

I’d have to stop and paint an “R” on that sign.

...plus violation in the form of "disobeying traffic signal"

I was actually surprised they didn't stick me with that one too

I dislike the signs in Missouri. They're red when closed and green when open. Green means go and red means stop.
spindrift, Kyle G., ProfessionalNoticer and 1 other person Thank this. -
Maryland does that nonsense too.Bean Jr., prostartom and MACK E-6 Thank this.

Yeah, they should have some kind of standards where they are all the same. In Tx you go in when the lights flash then you get to Louisiana where the flashing light mean closed.
alds, RockinChair, Bean Jr. and 2 others Thank this. -
Years ago I planned to stop driving so I no longer cared about my cdl. I started blowing all the weigh stations ... never had a problem never got stopped. Years later no troubles.
