That is the dumbest thing I have ever read. You NEVER stack containers to weld them together. You put them end to end with the doors in the middle......Blackshack46, Diesel Dave, Bean Jr. and 7 others Thank this.

Why not just stand them on end lolBlackshack46, spyder7723, street beater and 3 others Thank this.

Why do you do this? Because stupidity needs to be hunted down in all corners of the earth and stomped out before it takes over. Stupid people don't know that they are stupid and brother we are surrounded...AModelCat, spyder7723, DDlighttruck and 5 others Thank this.

The lift axles are only used in MI, I am based out of Canada and that load stayed in Canada.
We legally run the same gross with the following axle weights allowed here (Ontario):
Drives - 40,000
Tridem - 53,000
Pup Tandem - 40,000
Max Gross - 140,000DDlighttruck, passingthru69, Riprap and 3 others Thank this. -
My bad, I forgot that I've never hauled metal on a deck.
-
You might need a lowboy and a trench dug to make that legal height.
ChaoSS and street beater Thank this. -
@johndeere4020's right though. You certainly wouldn't need the lift axles down for empty boxes. Those don't weigh but 4 tons or so.spyder7723 and johndeere4020 Thank this.
