Lunch is served! Kale, spinach, guac, tomato, salsa Verde, and taco meat.

The middle is my max goal for day. Center is this meal, right is what I have left to eat for the day.

TIP OF THE DAY. FOOD SAFETY!
YOU SHOULD ALWAYS LET MEAT, SOUPS, SAUCES COMPLETELY COOL BEFORE REFRIGERATING. IF NOT BACTERIA CAN GROW IN YOUR FOOD.

Buying fresh whole pineapple? Get a green/yellow one, not overly ripe or excessively green. Twist off the top growth then store it upside down for 24hrs.

Re: your weighing, are you using the same scale each time? Those things are horribly off from scale to scale.

I did my weekly this morning (no food so it looks better!) and it showed 170.8, a gain of 4.2lbs for the week. I knew that was wrong so i did one after diner at a different one. 162.2, or a loss of 4.4. Yeah, that's off too.

Maybe get my own? I don't know yet.

I have a cascadia. As long as I remove the front wheel it loads and stores very well:

I use whichever scale at the truckstop. I have noticed at one it was off by 8 lbs. So I Weighed again at a different one. I didn't want to buy a scale for the truck. Just trying to make due with what I can. The scale kinda helps keep me honest with myself. But what really matters is how I feel and how the clothes fit. Like I have to wear a belt with my pants now and tie the string on my running shorts.
It's been a bad week in the truck and back home. From my best friend's wife passing away and getting a dang speeding ticket in California. Rethinking being over the road. Stress is bad, and I tru my best to not worry about things and deal with them as they come. Sometimes it's just overwhelming.

I got The evolution. I had my bike in the truck before winter and took it out. Now I have a fridge and microwave on the top bunk. And my electric skillet. But the company said it would remove the passenger seat so I could put my fridge and micro there. That's still less than the seat there. If I stay in a truck. Pic of my bike. Well a copy of the exact bike of mine since I don't have it with me.

Went for a 2.5 mile walk to test out the calf muscle. Everything seems fine 2 hours later.

Pulled out the bbq and cooked a pork loin. It was one of those marinated ones from WM. it taste okay, but probably won't get another one. Just some thick cut pork chops. And some chicken. I stop eating ssg links a while back when I checked the label. A 1lb link is 1000+ calories depending on the brand. Use to love ssg link and mac and cheese. Not sure what to eat for dinner. Maybe salad with tuna.

What does storing it upside down do?

I was wondering same thing. When I'm at home I buy it and the produce depart has a big press that will core and peel it all at once, then I just dice or slice at home.
