    Personally, I used to swim competively (held many school/league records that stood for 10+ years). I have managed to keep my weight under control, but being out on the road, it has not been easy to do. I would join a gym, but only getting home a few days at a time every few weeks, I just can't justify the cost unless I had access anywhere I might go....

    DO NOT USE THAT TERM WITH ANYONE! I lost family in the camps, and have known many survivors, including a MoH recipient....
