Obviously you didn’t..
As @stayinback told you already...twice!
The violation will only show up on your PSP where it will stay for 3 years.

I have another question, how long this violation stays on PSP?
-
Yeah you're right. Thank you
-
Someone told you a period of three years I believe Concorde would be one who said it. Stayinginback also said it well.
PSP is not for Drivers to see. It's super secret stuff that fleets and employers love to look at and it's unfortunate. Its going to get worse as databases evolve in the near future. -
Okay thank you so much, all of you, I appreciate it, best of luckx1Heavy Thanks this.
-
Why are you using paper logs?
I’m just curious.FlaSwampRat Thanks this. -
No im not using paper logs, we have Samsara, and i have it my phone, but sometimes i think that there are areas that dont have a good internet connection, and thats why i think that it wasn't updated
-
So all you really had to do is explain the problem to the officer, reconnect and claim the “unclaimed driving event”FlaSwampRat and dunchues Thank this.
-
Internet connection cannot matter. The ELD must get the movement for the ECM of the truck and if it's not something is wrong that needs to be fixed.
Now the phone might not have connected to the ELD, but again that's not internet connection, that's usually a Bluetooth connection.FlaSwampRat, 86scotty and SteveScott Thank this. -
Yeah i tried to, but he said that all i see is that u have been driving off duty, and okay i didnt know what to say, and that happens when ur new driver
