Weird ABS problem that stumps dealer

    if mainly all you do is run the lower states, yes you made a good choice I do also haul line pipe into northern BC and do need to run logging roads so the added torque of the 3.55 for running the 12% grades is nice, but for cruising like you 75mph and 1500rpm is perfect for me with the 3.55 at 75 is about 1700rpm

    Yes sir, truck has been doing this since brand new 20 miles in the OD

    dealership said tone ring is good, they changed the front right wheel sensor, checked the continuity and load tested the wheel sensor to computer wires, plus swapped out the brake control module from another truck nothing made a difference

    i'd recheck bearing and tone ring. Sometimes ABS sensor reads wrong data at high speed if wheel is not balanced to zero

    and try to replace sensor and extention cabel....

    could I plug the right sensor to the left plug and vice versa to see if the code doesn't trigger?

    the transmission is the ishift, isn't the astronic push button? mine is the ishift leaver on the seat

    yes, you can, but do not drive with mixed wires. righ sensor must be relevant the right abs modulator.
    On some trucks I did abs modulators mixing, but if your truck with ESP (ABS6) never do it

    I shift is the Volvo tranny but it shares TCU board, clutch servo and some pneumatic parts with ZF Astronic/Freedom line
