Weird Loss of Power

Hey so I have a 04 century with a Detroit 60. Sometimes the truck loses powers like won’t go over 10-30mph until I shut the truck off for about ten minutes then it is fine. It will do this 2-3 times when traveling 350 miles so about every 100 miles. No check engine lights, I have fault codes but those have always been there. What could be the issue? It triggers it when climbing a hill or carrying heavy weight
