WEL companies

Has anyone left WEL and had them put something on your DAC (that wasn't true)?

I'm reading all these complaints posted on various sites that say WEL put preventable accidents, abandonment, quitting under loads, etc on their DAC reports just because they quit.

My husband is looking into going to another company and is currently with WEL. We are trying to get employment verified before he quits so we know there won't be anything on his DAC report until after he starts at the other company. WEL wants drivers to bring their trucks up to WI and then not provide a way for them to get home OR charge $800 to recover the truck even if you leave it at a terminal! They don't let you accept or deny loads so they can automatically say you've quit under a load. From what we've read they will report you for anything and everything regardless of if you did it or not. I'm pretty sure if he gave 2 weeks notice they'd end up firing him instead and still put something on the DAC.

Anyone have any experience with this company or have any DAC problems with them after quitting?
