    1. Trees, who needs 'em anyways?
    2. Fast, loud "clicking" = grinding. Slow, quiet, controlled "clicking"= close to mastery of the float
    3. People that have been driving 20 years still have to pull forward. It's no big deal.
    4. If it's kind of bouncing and jiggling and what not it's binding it up a little. It's not a natural or "comfortable" position (if you will) for the equipment. If you have to end up ninety(ed) because of a street or train tracks or something just crank it and get that way in the last ferw feet of the backing. Don't do some crazy ninety degree approach if possible. Creeking can be a million and one things. Dry fifth wheel, spring brakes as someone mentioned, or just flex of the trailer. It happens. Again, no big deal.

Well?, backing to a dock with out having to do a pull up every time?, not going to happen EVER!, maybe sometimes, or even most of the time would be unheard of, If you got someone telling you, they can back in everytime with out a pull up ever!, LIES, As for clutch control?, practice pratice pratice, take offs, and backing more smoothly will come in time
