    I had a stolen mudflap once. It was at the TA in Effingham, IL. Parked for my ten and it was there on my post trip. Woke up and did a quick walk around, tire thump and mudflap was gone on the tractor. Had those cheap flaps with the metal bar and pin that are easy to take off.

    I doubt someone took your trailer flap. Probably hit a curb or the wind finally took it. They will tare a little bit and the wind turbulence does the rest.
