-better pay for the same amount of work.
-nicer trucks.
-less handholding by the desk jockeys.
-no cattle prods in the truck.

Nine classes is what two semesters. If you want to make money in a truck you have to work hard. Wether your an owner operator or a company driver. big money isn’t for guys who only show up. Now if you want to just show up there are A lot of trucking jobs like that too.

Yea, im 9 classes away from a degree going part time because I work Security for 12 an hour and Im not sure my degree is going to change that. I cant stand being around people and love working overnight. If I could make 70-80k a year driving a truck overnight in South Jersey...id be working towards it. Get off everyday after working alone and have the whole day, plus money to do things. ####...
