That's odd, they train recent student grads and I've never heard they require experience. Maybe it's just because you were with your last company for such a short time. On that note, make sure you have another job lined up before you leave Knight. You'll look pretty bad if you leave two carriers in your first year, but it will likely be a different story if you're just looking for a job while working for your second.

Ya, that's good advice, I had to leave swift after 2 weeks with my mentor because of a family emergency and other reasons. Its amazing when you want out you find about 20 to 100 reasons to leave somewhere. But when you couple them together with the reasons to stay. They usually out weight the reasons to stay. So, I ended up coming home in the end. That was 10 months ago. I'm glad I came home though. I would do the same thing all over again.
