can anyone tell me how strong you have to be for the welless test i work out a lot but im only 180 pounds i dont wanna be turned away for something that small. i just worried about the 100 pound pulll/push rope

At 180 pounds you will do fine. You can just lean on the device at your weight and pass. There was a guy in my group that passed it and he only weighed 140.
