    So I just got a call from the recruiter at Werner and we talked for a little bit and they want to hire me right out of the gate. Obviously she is going to try to sell the company because they need drivers; I was hoping to get a non bias opinion from someone here that knows something about the company good or bad.

    Also, I was wondering if truck stops have shore power set up so you dont have to use the APU and if they dont, how much does an APU burn in fuel if you are using it for, 8 hours, lets say.

    last i heard they were getting rid of all the apu's. at least thats what three different werner drivers told me

    And they will get you for idle time too...all that glitters not gold..they run em in one door and out the other over there be careful.
