Werner enterprise trainer

Your right but I talked to a lot of O/O here at Werner in a lot of them are doing good I even talked to solo O/O that was doing good as well so I figured I would try it to but stay a trainer.. Any suggestions on some good companies?! I wouldn't mind trying flatbed or even reefer again

 

Ya your reading it right 6 months in still doing it til this day the pay is not just now..

 

Well I trained 8 guys now some quit some stayed & one didn't passed because he had 2 accident in one week wasn't major

 

Well they did a lot of changing now but it use to be 35 hours observation then you get chose if you feel safe or not to let them drive while your not looking or sleep but now it's like 67 hours of observation in the students have to watch the trainer for a certain amount of time til they are done with observation altogether
