The headline had me confused, but upon reading the article, he got an exemption to be able to drive. They even went so far to bring him in for CDL training. So I guess at that point, Werner discriminated and fouled up.

 

Werner admitted that they discriminated and continue to do so.

“The Vice President of Safety testified that Werner continues to deny employment opportunities for new deaf drivers.”

Sorry if this pisses people off but like other disabilities, there are some things that should never be allowed in this industry, deaf drivers are one of them.
