My trainer with total transportation of mississipi lives in nc and being a new driver I'm getting about 75 a day while training and will be getting .34 cpm after training if you have a hazmat and .37 cpm. Also they have drivers who do amazon loads and bring it almost 1500 per week if that helps any. I also worked for werner and got home once every 2 months if I was lucky and was getting paid .24 cpm with total I can be home every 2-3 weeks

 

yes they hire new drivers but after you complete training.
