93 hours to go minus whatever I drove today. ALMOST OVER! I did 9.5 hours today, so about 84 hours left. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!!!

headed to Portland tomorrow morning from Chicago. Haven't been to Oregon before so this should be cool! Maybe we'll get a run down Cabbage Patch Hill through California so I can get that experience! I'm hoping!

Been quiet the past 2 days. Wyoming to Salt Lake City was uneventful. He didnt yell or make comments that day, and yesterday was just as quiet. Thank God. Let's see if that can hold true for a 3rd day in a row tomorrow, lol.

I got him a good one today though. Stopped at a rest stop to use the bathroom and he was up, so I asked if he needed to go, he said no, I said ok. On the way in I saw a sign that said no pets allowed. I chuckled as I thought of a joke to pull on him. After I came back out to the truck,

I told him, "Hey, even if you had wanted to go, you couldn't have".

    He said "Why's that?"

I said "Because the sign says no pets allowed, and the last time we were at wal-mart I forgot to buy you a leash."

He laughed and said "Oh shut up".

    I giggled out loud. hahahahaha.

Your only mad because I told the truth those were your words saying it's OK to lie cheat or steal. And you also stated that you were not concerned about the time but was concerned with the learning, now that seems to be the most important thing, so please tell us the truth if you can were you lying in the beginning or are you again lying now.

You really think stealing from your trainer OK too tell you what have your trainer email me and show him this thread how happy you think he would be.

With your attitude my Vegas odds still on and so far you might as well throw your license away you will end up losing it sooner than later, anyone want to place bets on this entitled and everything should be given type of person. (Again not my words read her postings on page 13)

Yes but I have seen more than one that just worried about hours and I think they still looking for work.

It's not the big things that will get you or driveusa it's the little things that really will bite one in the bum.

So far I have avoided commenting on this little spat, but its kinda getting old. First, as has been stated, both the trainer and the student are COMPANY drivers. The trainer is not an O/O or a L/O and he pays not a cent of the fuel cost...period. The fuel cost is paid by the company, 100 percent of it, and therefore anything you gain from usiing a rewards card is free. It cost you nothing at all. But when you discuss who earned what it has less to do with your opinion, or the trainers, or the student's opinion, and more to do with company policy. The idea of theft implies that something that belongs to one person was taken by another without permission. In this case...rewards points. However, the rewards points don't rightly belong to either the student OR the trainer as neither paid the cost for the fuel that earns them, so in the end, You have to consider that if they are earned at all, they are earned by the person driving. The driver is the one doing the work, whether student or not. Nobody's OPINION on who they belong to matter...period. Most of you just want a reason to berate someone, but if I were to take you life and your actions and put them under a magnifying glass you might not like what comes of it...no one is perfect. The student may not be a full driver yet but she is still a driver and you might not agree, but why don't some of you cut her some slack. So she got her own cards and she's using them. Good for her, that means she can think for her self, a trait every driver needs.

They are only doing it because you have shown it bothers you, now they will continue to prod it for no other reason than it makes you angry.

C'mon now, this post is just applying common sense, and that's not allowed here!

lol. thanks for the support. If I had lived further east and my driving record were a bit better, I'd have definitely preferred to work for Millis Transfer. I have an acquaintance that I talk with online that works for them and he loves it there.
