Werner or Schneider?

I can give you answers to Schneider, TMC and a little about other companys, based on research only. I started my driving career with Schneider, went through their school and stayed with them for 3 years. I than got the itch to pull a Flat Bed so I went to TMC. Schneider is a great starter company, go there and get your time in about 2/3 years than find another company or stay where your at. If you want to work hard and hardly sit, than go with TMC.. I only worked for them for 3 mo's due to an injury but I was home every weekend and worked my butt of M-F every week. Loved the paychecks at TMC but not so much at Schneider, up/down too much. That being said, do your own research, listen to what others have to say but make your own decision based on your own conclusion, not someone elses. I say this; At every company there is a driver that will say good things and a driver that will say bad things about the company they have or do driver for. Not all company's are for all drivers, period! But, starting out, you really cant be too picky, find one that suits you and stay with that company simply to get your time in and than move on or stay.
