How is Werner OTR? Are the miles there, or do cut the load short and give it to a team?

Don't do it you'll be sorry.Plan on every load swapping with a driver or splitting it at their nearest terminal or drop yard. Then wait hrs either for the driver your swapping loads with or waiting for a load.Werner is big which means loads you have is to get other drivers home so that's the main reason why swapping and splitting loads. Then your next load will be going to the fabulous east coast. You'll then unload and pick up your next load and love where its going except for one thing, dispatcher will tell you to swap loads with so and so.Never plan on keeping any of your loads.

That is what I have heard. You get a 1000 mile run and end up meeting a team 500 miles away to swap for a sorry load.

You're doing good if you drive half the miles of that load. Most of my loads was within a 50 to 100 mile radius of where I picked it up at I had to meet a swap.

Swapping loads underway? Glad I don't work for them. Sounds kinky though!
