Uh oh. If the Big Blue Screw is suspending 401k matching then something is seriously wrong.
We have 401k matching too but things haven’t escalated to a point where the company is suspending contributions-yet!Last edited: May 21, 2025

"Temporary" will soon become "we have decided to permanently do away with the matching part of this benefit". This is not good. Keep your trucks fueled up at all times boys and girls.

Why do i gotta sign up to continue reading that article? The lack of freight demand is real. They're trying to cut costs. If it were me, I'd reduce the fleet size instead. Trucks cost money whether they're running or not.
