The bottom 3 companies in my opinion, in no particular order, are Werner, CR England, and CRST.

During truck driving school there were Werner posters plastered all around. We had a rep come in twice during the four weeks I was there. And the owner made no bones about it when he emphatically stated, over and over again, "Warner is one of the best companies out there." But after reading TTR (this thread has no bearing IMHO) I was very suspicious, to say the least...

I'm sure like most companies mentioned here, Werner is not as bad as some make them out to be. And companies do change; some get better, some get worse; none are perfect. But I've read enough to decide that I wanted to go with somebody different to start.

I've heard more bad things than good about Werner but to each his own. If you want to see some real military posers then the site This Ain't Hell outs these dips**** all of the tiime and is having the annual tournament to pick the biggest poser of the year now. As ex-military and active Patriot Guard Rider I talk to actual men that walked the walk all of the time and my radar is pretty good in picking out these aholes. When one starts in on "I was Force Recon Seal Marine and have 3 Silver Stars but it's all classified" I call them on it immediately. Contempt is too weak to describe someone that would dishonor actual hero's like this. Here is a good example: http://thisainthell.us/blog/?p=28028 and the ultimate is here http://usafonlineoped.blogspot.com/2011/06/i-once-wrote-story-on-here-about-stolen.html

A Trident is not authorized for wear on a Marine uniform. Unless this was a Halloween picture I'd have called this turd on the spot

My friend is a former Capt in the SEAL's and was in charge of Coronado. Send me the name of a claimant of the Trident and we can find out real fast. Don Shipley has a facebook page and loves to out these scumbags. True SEAL's like other Special Forces branches do not run around talking about their service or the "kills" etc....

very well said driver--i have never served in the military but a big percentage of my family has and ALL of our real troops work too hard for too little pay to defend this great country for little thanks (although that seems to be improving) for some a-hole to disrespect them by making up stuff to make it seem like they were war heroes or something.
God bless our military and all of our soldiers.

well said driver--i never served in the military but a big percentage of my family has during the civil war, world war 1,world war 2,vietnam and i had a cousin die in the beirut bombing of 1983 and our soldiers work too hard, way too many hours for too little pay and no thanks defending this country to be disrespected by a-holes like this.
i seen somebody say why not own up that you were a cook or truck driver? another great point and no shame in them and i have talked to one man that drove a supply truck in vietnam and said i would never believe what he has seen there and gave me one story then quit telling stories and i believe him and sure all mos seen bad stuff in war.
God bless our soldiers and they all deserve our gratitude.
