Better question is. Why did you go with a bottom feeder for your first company. Drivers go to Swift. Werner. or Western Express if they have found no one else will hire them.

On the other hand. If you dont have patience. Maybe you really dont want the job. Some companies make their drivers wait to test their mettle. If the candidate leaves because they are bored, it can often mean the candidate could be too aggresive to get the job.

Get hazmat and doubles/triples and tanker.
Some dry van loads require tanker endorsement due to hauling large plastic totes of liquids.
Both tests are easy and the answers are in the study guides.
Here is one site to study, but also get a book from Ohio DMV or find it online.
