What does having a college degree have to do with any of this. You could have a masters and still get shafted. I'm glad it's working for him. If you live back east, I would say they aren't that bad of a company. If you live on the west get ready to never see it again unless your lucky. Most of the drivers I talked to when I was back there were from the west, and hardly ever ran over here.
