Bear in mind that while they wont admit it, many of the recruiters out there don't even work for the company they are rerpresenting. They are either self employeed or work for a seperate company and are paid either by the head or by the presentation. I have a freind who recruits at several driving schools in the midwest to south. He also recruits for a couple of tech schools by going to job fairs etc and trying to get people to enroll for Massage or Criminal Investigation or IT classes and the like. You know, all those schools you see advertising in the middle of the night and during daytime tv. When he is working the driving school circuit at one school he might be touting the benefits of USA Truck then that afternoon at the next town over he may be telling students that Swift is God's answer to their prayer. I don't know how common this is in the industry but I know he makes a hell of a living doing it.
