West coast freight..is it that bad?

    The radio was saying spot market freight was down 36 percent. Last month.

    I think it mentioned the chinese economy and oil prices. I don't remember the details. Just the key number. 36 percent from july 2014.

    I spent 2 nights in cali this week. And I wasn't the only company from our area spending the night.
