Real estate prices have gone insane here and the population feels like it tripled since 2012 when I moved here.

If you’re into apartment living there are literally thousands being built outside of my 1000 home development in West Melbourne.

 

I had zeroed in on a house in Viera. Now the prices have skyrocketed. Arguing with the wifey caused too much delay.
She wanted to stay in Nevada or move to San Jose, California. No way I'd move to California.
