Yep, there is definately no shortage of idiots who would gladly take a nickle or more a mile less just so they can drive a truck that only boosts their ego...haha

They also have a few Lonestars as well.. Good equipment but low pay. They EXPECT you to keep the truck clean. Good people though.

Yea I see what yall are sayin but I'm makin only.30 cpm now pullin a smooth bore, rollin on square (sp?) Recaps, having backhauls now that pay nothing extra, insurance tripled in cost, had some detention hour pay taken away and to top it all off-they took our best run and turned it into a relay halfway. Oh yea on top of all that we are not getting long loads only short shinola! So.. Yea driving a peterbilt etc for western would be a step up from current ky jelly express!

Keep in mind guys before everybody goes overboard bashing Western they pay by practical miles not zip code or the shortest like most companies so that helps out on the pay scale some....

Also some of us (myself included ex O/O here) need a little more than a fleet spec Volvo or Freightshaker thats under powered and governed at 65mph...Were all different and have different needs..
