    I went through it about 8-10 years ago, there a good company to work for. i think it was a 1 day orientation, physical is basic.

    10 minutes after I posted this my boss called from JAG trucking company, i was driving with him before id broke my collar bone. Just didnt think he had a truck open but he does. So im staying local in good olé Phenix City, Alabama.
