Western Express Lease drivers

He's right. I just asked the two lease guys parked beside me and they both switched to lease when It became available and both are fairly happy.

 

I honestly wouldn't work for them to be honest, I just saw my actual first true weeks check. And yes it looked pretty amazing. But it wasn't in a business sense. If I would've made a truck payment or got hit with a delay of some sort. I would've brought home $580.00 and for me that's awful. They are slow at getting back with their drivers. They'll forget about you here. And a driver doesn't have time to constantly stay on the phone to get his truck rolling. If that's the case. Then as lease guys Western express need to be able to call up brokers and forget the driver manager, planner and operations fiasco. Pay them 70% of the load and 100% fsc and that's how we make money. And pay a truck off quick.. This deal they have is free slave labor.

 

And by the way, the first chance I get..I'm taking the truck back. Its a joke lease agreement. Forcing lease guys to northeast. When they said its a non forced dispatched company.

 

They're probably not happy because they're pulling a flatbed and have to get out and work lol!!!!

 

Rather get out and "work" than go back to the boredom of swinging doors!

 

Reread the reply. The driver said May of last year which would be 2015, you stated they didn't start until 2014.

Is that any different than most of the threads here? many of them are old, however I believe we can all learn from these anyway.

 

Well being the thread is a year old and driver said May of last year which would not of been 2015 it would've been 2014 so driver was correct
