I was at W.E. for 4 years in van. We ran. It used to be very outlaw. When I started it was not a training co. I had been at it for years. The per mile pay was low ,but we made it up in miles. They can be pretty rough in driver relations. I dont know what it takes to get fired because I can remember having words with a few people. I liked that part about it. I was generally well liked or at least respected by most. They dont have apu units or I would still be there. I have friends there in the offices. Be prepared when someone talkes down to you. I never took it and always stood my ground.

I appreciate the feedback. I am looking to go flatbed if I decided on them; who are you working for now? How is their equipment? If flatbed loads aren't there, do they sometimes dispatch van loads in place of the flatbed loads?

Hank Williams is the name of the trainer there. They are a family run company. Their trucks aren't governed to 62 or 65.

I am 110 miles from them. They want you within 50 miles. If you get home at 11am from being out you may have to roll again by 4pm.

Their newest guy made $50K+ last year. Just gotta fudge the logs. Not unlike W/E.
