@bryan21384 worked at Western Express and if memory serves I THINK so did or maybe does @otterinthewater both of them seem to have kinda the “you’re experience is what you make of it attitude” about it.
dunchues, bryan21384 and otterinthewater Thank this. -
You need to be patient and realize you need training. That is the phase where you are at accept it. Look for companies that offer training. I hope you find a good teacher as well.
Let me say this I started at western express in 07 it took me 3 times to get the right trainer in flatbed. It was not a bad experience for me. I produced when you didn't make any money(might still be that way).
I took was where there and gained the experience I needed. I ran hard(log books then) didn't complain. My truck was maintained, never had issues with loads, being broke down or making money.
I'm long removed from Western Express but nothing bad to say. Look to be taught properly and the rest will come. All the best to you on your "patient learning journey" -

This is at least the 3rd post with basically the same question.
Unsure why you think you will get a different answer now than you have in the previous posts.
If changes to your circumstances happen you can always update a previous post. This will allow others to give much better answers as things change.
