dude if ur going nashville ur gonna be ok, but if for some reason u go to nazareth, pa terminal...dress warm!...be prepare for ########'...they don't pay the 2 days orientation ur there and they jerk u around with answers like, "we don't have anything to do with nashville"...nashville, tn is the head office terminal..i left the orientation process because i called my recruiter while i was there 2 days back to back...concerning about a drug test i took there on monday and did not receive info until thursday...why..if they have results for that test, that's when ur hired, thats when u start getting paid $30 a day...why i know all this..i called the lab'..where has the results and the test results was submitted back to western' THE next day...when i left..that's when my so called recrt' decided to called my cell then my house...i left him messages 2 days back to back and never received a called only until i said #### it!...Don't have time for games...but that's my experience..good luck
holidays are almost over and then i will be calling western xpress recruiter. i think though instead of running northeast region only because its winter now and after my few yrs of xperience of living in my truck during the winter i would love to request from western xpress is run me around down south in the winter months and northeast region in the summer months. also for my down time iwant to go to melbourne fl for my time off. and once a month until spring go home to vt see the kids and grandkids . what do think of that idea!!!!
I am going to orientation for this wensday 2/13/13 i have 1 year and 6 months. so i have chossen western express, i trained with cr england (first mistake) and they messed up my dac. so western is the only one wo will accept me. i feel so ###### right now on my choice but the miles and home time my buddy gets in the northeast reg made me choose them, i live here in massachuetts so idk HELP ME A
Hey dweedle I had a few questions they told me I would go to pa for orention like you. the thing I don't get what my recruiter told me he said i have to pay 600 dollars for the trainer and it comes out of my paycheck the first three weeks I wouldn't make any money if that is true while I am in training did this happen to you or anyone else
They started that after I went through. Now I am doing orientations for the Pa terminal. When are you supposed to come through. And the $600 does not go to the trainer. I know it will suck, the best thing I suggest is to budget as much as you can and have money in return.
or just skip welfare express all together and choose a company that doesn't make you pay 600 dollars for a shot at making 0.26cpm when(and if) you finally go solo. paying 600bux to chain run northeast and NYC while learning the job.... I'm scared to say it because i know these companies will find a way but.... how much worse can it get?
