    I'm not saying they all are bad, some guys hire on and have no idea what kind of a dumpster fire they're joining.

    Oh ok, I was on flatbed side. They were dispatching me out of the Phoenix terminal, then switched me to Birmingham. I think the Phoenix one closed down but I can't remember....
