Western Express

I worked for Western Express for about ninety day. I was promised staged pay of up to $0.75 per mile and different rates depending on the miles. My first load was 70 plus miles and paid $0.75 per mile. From then on, from $0.30 to $0.34 per mile. I was earning that much 20 years ago. The last day I worked I ran from place to place looking for an empty trailer and was paid nothing at all. A complaint to the TN Dept. of Labor was not answered. I would not suggest anybody consider Western Express.
