EFS card is like a company fuel card that you can do other things with. Yes, they have direct deposit.

You can hit a button on a Bluetooth headset and tell it who to call while you are driving. There normally aren't any problems like that. Most DMs are good.

I like this company, but I'd think hard about 12 months. Wish we could talk.

Thanks everyone for all the helpful information. I guess my last concern is lifting tarps. To be honest, I have very little upper body strength. I've heard the tarps weigh 135 lbs. and you have to lift them from the ground to the trailer. I am just afraid I won't be able to do this. Are there any techniques that somehow make this possible? Or do I just need to go dry van until I can build some upper body strength?

They are heavy when they are wet. Throw the sob to the tire or catwalk perhaps. As you're lifting it use the front of ur thighs to thrust it up at the same time arching ur back. Drag the front of it to the trailer before lifting it so you don't have to carry it over there. 135 seems like a big number. Don't think I could throw my ex up there if she were wet. I'd bet money you could handle it. Just pick up speed during the lift. Some dudes stand it up like a beer can and kneel down and get it in their shoulder first and stand up. If I were going to stay otr and not go local I would get a van job in a heart beat because this is only fun to me for a while bro.
