Personally I have had 2 different Western Express trucks whip U-Turns on the interstate directly in front of me utilizing the median. One on I-81 in Virginia & the other on I-20 in Alabama....

When I called their safety director about the incidents.... Both times I was asked, "Well is that illegal?"

You want to go drive for Western? Be my guest! But I already vowed after the last incident I had with Western that put me on the shoulder at 70mph & burning my brakes up.... I will nail the next moron in one of their trucks who decides to whip a U-turn using the median on a high speed interstate!

LOL more lost drivers with poor directions. At least I had no need of the above. Granted 5 miles on to turn around using off ramp on ramp to reverse direction.

anyone know if they hire out of the tampa.fl area.I contacted them and the person I
talked to was kind've stupid. Said she would call me back never did. I can go flatbed
or van, have experience in both. Was looking for dedicated, hometime not important

Yup but they wont talk to anyone with less than a year of driving. Granted I could lie, but I am not that way. I would rather be honest, hence not working at Western Express?

I was looking for information on western express, I see they hire new drivers I did not drive a tractor trailer in a while, and was looking to get back into regional with a flatbed
Could not find much on this company on this message board.
how are they with miles, do you get home on weekends.
also do they have terminals that you park in while home on weekends or do you bring the truck home.
