western regional refer!!!

hey GTI drivers name is dave,
i have orientation with yall on monday. like the title says, western regional refer as my recruiter dan said "TC".
so glad to get onto a company such as yours, i know not every company is perfect, and the grass isnt always greener.
any advice for this division? any insider tips?
a little about my self: came from knight with 9 months experience, i loved knight but i messed that up with them. i learned from my mistakes over there and hope to pick up the refer loads yall deny!!!!
orientation is monday in either lathrop or rancho cucamunga,so cal!
