The turn signals work fine , only lights that don't work are low beams , might be a ground but I've checked the ones that I could find , unless there are some that I missed

Just pulled all the wires out of their looms on my pete 386. That's what it took after I checked all the fuses/relays/switches. About a foot in to the loom from the right headlight, one of the ground wires was separated on one side. The other side had a bad wire connection to a pin in the deutsch connector from corrosion. The two together left me missing the left low beam, the right daytime running light, and the right front marker lights. Now I know why I was so stumped. Just inspect the wires closely. Tedious, but it fixed it.
I used to have a 1999 century class and had some problems with it too. Good Luck. -

Dimmer switch or low beam relay is about the only two items that will cause of loss of both low beams and not have any other symptoms, if you are certain the low beam relay is good then change the dimmer switch.
