The only thing I worry about is my family. I know they are going to have a hard time with it. I've been home 5.5 months and the little guy is used to having me around. Its sure going to be hard the first couple of weeks.

well i am looking forward to an airplane ride with an nice comfortable stay in an nice hotel and being picked up in an limosine so they can take me to mc donalds.....lmao

 

There trucks are very nice...they dont want them torn up.

I have already planned to avoid truckstops...sleep at shippers/receivers

out of the way of other trucks.....

or on the downramps in the desert...if anyone comes closer than 3 feet

to the truck an alarm will sound.

In only 4 years of driving I have been nailed 4 times while parked...

3 times while sleeping...once the bum tried to drive off and leave the scene

 

hey truckin4alivin do they do dot physicals out there or do they take dot cards from your own doctor?

 

Yeah I got a good laugh out of that one myself

 

Safety Depts tend to not believe someone hit you and fled away....so I am going to prevent it myself

 

If your dot is still good you can roll with that one. Thats what I've heard anyways

 

any where at any time it can happen if it was not your fault you are ok . cross your t's and dot your i's. 14 plus years and knock on wood i have been lucky.. just imagine the crazy #### i have seen especially around houston, atl, detroit, philly, boston....etc.
