Rollup the door slowly lookin for a surprise, bottles are some much fun, I thinks its funny that CO2 bottles are hazmat ... I do lots of shuttles, like them but the company yards are always tight.

When I drove for ups package I remember the fight of hazmat co2. Soda stream was on my route.bthey are the make your own soda at home machines and they would send out a few thousand canisters a day. UPS was trying to say they weren't hazmat load because there was only x amount of co2 and the bulk of the weight was canisters themselves then they would flip flop and send 15 trucks a day in there to keep everyone under weight like they were hazmat. I don't have my hazmat so I never knew if they were or weren't lol.

Its because its compressed gas not because of the co2. Pressure vessel. At Berns/Pepsi we count the bottles as 50 lbs for a small one and 150 for the large, again the co2 is not the issue.

Being on a regional or Dedicated runs generate 2800 miles per week with a higher paycheck.

I was thinking in terms of running east of Dallas, where it's not always possible to get 3 thousand. When running west, on the open road, that makes sense

I have had 2 Fed Ex loads 1 to Denver & 1 to Toronto that had undeclared Hazmat, No hazmat shipping papers & loaded incorrectly. And the law says I get torched with everyone else even though they were sealed loads at pu?. I also drove used acetylene tanks to be refurbished which the broker booked as non- hazmat but the shipper handed me placards & I'm like WTH? Someone paying me more cabbage,
