Wet kit

    I just bought a truck with a walking floor pto on it but i want to do end dump. Can i use the same pto or do i have to get another one??....if so do you recommend me get a new one or used??

    Im in the same position you were in except i bought a truck with a walking floor pto on it already?....will that pump work for dump end??

    How big is the hyd oil tank... ?

    The psi is probably a little high but would be ok as long as you don’t top out the piston and keep pumping oil.... That’s real hard on seals.

    The thing about the end dump pump is the valve to engage the pump is mounted to the pump. It bolts right to the PTO itself. Our walking floors use a gear pump that just has an in and out line that hooks to the trailer controls. I am almost sure that pressure and flow requirements are too far off to run both dependably as needed. That isn't saying it can't be plumed up and made to work for a while

    My oil tank is like 30 gallons maybe a little more

    What do you recommend a brand new pto wetline lit or a used one.....and also can i use some pf the components off the walkeing floord pto kit for the dump end pto to save a lottle money?

    Depends on which style PTO you have. There are different ratios as well. Without seeing what you have it's hard to give that advice. I have run plenty of used ones, a bearing kit isn't expensive or hard to do.

    If it were mine I would get a PTO and piston pump that bolt together. A set of air controls and new hoses. You will be money and trouble ahead

    Ok 1 last question i got a guy that has the tank pump and control for dump trailer for 750 but i would have to buy all the hoses n stuff do you think thats a good deal or route to go as well or no
