Every time I pick up a trailer now, it asks if I am sure this is the right trailer because it doesn't match my assignment, assignment always says "UNKNOWN" it is a little annoying.
Other than that the other changes look ok, first day I keept doing mulitple DVIR's when I dropped a trailer because I have a habit of doing the DVIR and then doing the drop MT tasks, so I would manually do the DVIR then it would bring it up again when I dropped the trailer.

They are using the arrival call, for detention pay. I never like the begin work task, detention starts after your appt time anyway.

So far, I haven't had any issues with the updates. I like the inspection immediately after dropping the trailer, and I dislike having to complete steps in order; if I'm waiting on an exception, why can't I go ahead and put in my paperwork number? I actually ran into that one Friday, too. (I use my punkin pad, so I have the load number to write on the trip sheet. I'm still new-ish, so don't have many bad habits yet!)
I also dislike the 'trip planning' option being gone. that was my go-to for editing NAT & ETAs. Other than the time I got stuck, I haven't had any reason, other than planning, to edit those times. I will figure something out, I'm sure.

Why is trip planning no longer an option for editing ETA?

I just use impossible dispatch, example ETA for 0300 on a sunday with appt of 0700 Monday morning. Best i can figure out for now

I think before approvsl , trip planning should be an option with the old page. After approval and acceptance then the new one.

INTERNAL DIRECTED CHANGE TO SHIPMENT is gone now... looks my new "GO-TO" is gonna be CUSTOMER DELAY. WASN'T ME!!! NOPE. Never.

Asked my DBL, she said when you use trip planning, you're blaming yourself for the change. I think I'm going to change to Impossible Dispatch, too

Although I like DFO's Customer Delay, too! -
see this is what I want to know. In what way does each reason impact the driver?
My go to's now will be impossible dispatch (because as shown on the preassignment it IS impossible with AT appts!!! ) before acceptance and when I edit the last stop for drop mt it will be customer reasons( meaning our dedicated customer prefers you pick up a load during the drop mt.Given the next assignments loads arent ready til just prior to pu well CUSTOMER REASONS!!!! ) -
on the initial edit prior to acceptance this wouldnt be true or shouldnt be anyway. Now after active assignment then yeah I can see that.
