What a company ###!

Thank you MACK E-6. I knew it would be a long shot but needed to try. I was hopeful that those who had been burned would still be monitoring the posts. I was able to connect with a couple of them.

 

spiritwolf- yes cheifbriann is correct, the only thing a former employer is allowed to tell a perspective employer is if the person was employed there, how long and if they ever refused or failed a dot drug test. If you can prove that they did blackball your fiancé maybe you can do something legally, but good luck with that too. As far as dac, your fiancé can dispute anything on there and try to get it removed. I wish you the best of luck in the future

 

This is ANTAP2. Every once in a while I get on TR to see if Skyview Farms is still up to no good. You can look back on any of the threads from 07-08 and see what we went through with Skyview Farms. NIGHTMARE! I am sad to see that they are still out there ripping people off. Truckers are hard workers and deserve better. I keep hoping that Allen's karma will catch up to him. I know I wish us all a LOT BETTER than I wish him. Allen thinks he is untouchable because his cousin is the Sheriff.

We are always open to helping get SF out of business and charged with some type of crime! One can only hope! We will go in on a class action if asked... Keep in touch!
