I have a little dog with me that I have to walk every day. I also carry a bike on my truck and ride it. There are ways to exercise you just have to get creative.
What about excercise?

what i have done, and need to get back into doing...is walking for an hour, at a good pace. I'll walk around the truck stop if its nice and clean nad level. Or walk down the road during the day for 30 min or so and then walk back. Before i start my walk, i pack my bag for the shower, so as soon as i get back.....i can jump in the shower.
MAN, i really need to start walking again...come to think of it. =)
p.s. actually, i thought about getting a membership at a YMCA or a GOLD'S GYM/LA Fitness....then using their parking lot (if its big enough and wide open enough) for the night, then working out in the morning. Some will say, "u have no time for that, after driving, doing your paperwork...etc...etc." You can only work for 14 hrs. you get 10 hrs to sleep. Now, i dont know many drivers who actually use 10 hrs to sleep....let alone 8. taking a shower and doing some paperwork only takes 90 min. at MOST. so you STILL have 8.5 hrs to sleep. why not use an hour of that time to get some walking in. you still have 7 hrs to sleep...wonit1968 Thanks this. -

A skipping rope for aerobics and a set of resistance bands for strength will do wonders.

I had wrist surgery years ago and cannot do a normal push up as wrist does not have full range of motion, but I use those little bars that you hold onto that keep your hands off the ground. ( not sure the correct name for them). Those work great, plus you can go past a normal push up and get a better burn. Next is a good exercise band with handles. They come in different strengths and are great for curls and working the shoulders and back and also crunches. With these two items you can do almost all exercises in your cab. Plus walking and even a run when your on your break then take a shower. Hope these help

You should be able to do jumping jacks/other easy exercises inside the truck. Im almost 6ft and ive got plenty of room.

Hubby would walk around the truck stop at a fast pace for about 30 mins.

Yeah I was wondering if getting a gym membership might work if you were determined to get a work-out in every 3 or 4 days
